I'd like this type of hair do. Not really glamourous but I am not trying to be that. I just want something new. I've been a little bit adventurous, as to research that is except for motorhome insurance, just for hair. I've been looking up how to do puff but is is rather cumbersome. Something this simple will do. I just have to find the time.

Models-turned-actress Brooklyn Decker and Diane Kruger translate a runway trend into real life, braiding their blonde hair into undone side ponytails.

Best Asset

In the people article/section where they showed the celebs clothes that accentuate their assets. I found this very nice. It doesn't look like that this has been edited (in any platform such as tablet computers). I'm not a fan but I so like her height here.

Kristen Stewart adds curve appeal to a boyish build by picking dresses that highlight her best features: toned shoulders and killer legs. Her Monique Lhuillier mini has strategic black detailing that create the illusion of curves at the bust and hips for a fab faux hourglass figure.

A Miss

I reckon. I'm no fashion guru, but this style doesn't really catch my eye on a positive note. Plus, the hair. It doesn't complement with the dress. I never liked her style in the SNC, however much it was applauded. I know, it's more edgy and stylish, but really, one can have enough of a mish-mash. I can't see any stainless steel partnership ring so, I cant comment much on the jewellery.

SJP shows off her sparkle in a Theyskens' Theory dress topped off with drop earrings at the Kennedy Center Honors dinner in Washington, D.C.

New Shoes

The last three days of our trip back to the homeland was spent shopping and sight-seeing within Manila area. We didn’t venture outside of the sphere. The places that we hit were new to The Tatapilla and Mcj so it was good. It didn’t bother me that I’ve seen the place many times. I just wanted to relax, which exactly what I did on our holiday. Okay, back to shopping. The one-and-a-half me indulged me on that department. They went with me hopping from one boutique to another in search for pretty tops, pants and shoes. My loot? Four pairs of shoes, 7 pairs of pants and 15 tops (no scott kay, this time). These are one of the pairs of shoes that I bought. I so lurrrve them – with slacks or jeans or anything.

Mom-of-four Victoria shows off her enviable curves in a figure-hugging, two-tone tube dress, leather spats and pointed pumps.

What is that? According to wiki
Spats (originally a contraction of spatterdashes) are a type of classic footwear accessory covering the instep and ankle. Spats were primarily worn in the late 19th and early 20th centuries.

Okay, now I know. I'm not a VB fan but I so like her style sometimes be they are eccentric. They're her statement and sort of trophies (not sports trophies unlike her husband). Her style makes me curious.

I like RW's purse and scarf. The colour is nice - something rusty. I know, we are now going into the warm if not hot weather but this is just something to think about come winter time, which is next year. Just hedging, like what other people do when buying dead sea minerals.

Could you please let me know who makes that gorgeous cognac handbag Reese Witherspoon has been carrying? – Linda

New Look Shoes

These certainly are not poppy's bday gifts but if you are interested in one, click here.

Look at MK's legs with those boots? She already has mile-long legs but with those shoes, more mileage were added.

Miranda Kerr rocks her edgy spin on the classic black pump with short-shorts and a blazer, though it would look equally cute with a flowy dress and tights or colorful skinny jeans.

Editors' Picks
Madden Girl "Razcal" bootie, $35, dsw.com
Michael Antonio "Mckey" bootie, $45, endless.com

I am not into colourful shoes but if I ever want to buy a pair, I'll get something like these.

Bold brights are the new neutral for stars like Emma Stone (wearing Brian Atwood), who go for eye-catching pops of color on their feet to accent otherwise subdued looks. This striking style works well for flats or pumps.

Editors' Picks
GUESS "Osten" pumps, $80, macys.com
Butter "Smoothie" open-toe pump, $100,

Taking a sophisticated stand in a tulle-skirted strapless dress and sparkling kitten heels, the actress completes her look with a collar necklace and loose curls for a Human Rights Campaign event in Washington, D.C.

As per all votes, 88% say her outfit is a hit. I so agree. I have been surfing for the hit and miss outfit but I am struck with hers. The colours are accentuating and complementing each others. A pair of Black diamond earrings would be over the top but since she has her hair down, it wouldn't be too much.

Another Structured Bag

I love Kate Bosworth's leopard-print tote! Where can I get it? – Eliza
Kate is spotted with her new beau – and a $750 Mulberry Clipper bag in leopard!
Editors' Picks
Mulberry "Clipper", $750, mulberry.com
New York & Company leopard-print turn-lock bag, $47, nyandcompany.com

It's been a while since I bought a structured bag since I don't really need a new one right now. I might buy new bags in the Philippines but for now, I'll settle for my big purse. Anything with enough space will do - it's not as if I should put industrial bearings in it.

The Glee actress keeps her Loft sweater casual with jeans and oxfords in L.A., while the I Don't Know How She Does It star mixes prints with a floral skirt in N.Y.C.

I like SJP's outfit here. I have always admired women who can pull it off wearing clothes with different prints and strut like no care in the world. But I reckon, I'd still be that fussy as if I am sending Bachelorette Party Invitations.

Younger Looking

Despite her bright red pants, the actress turned music video director flies under the radar at LAX in a retro-style newsboy cap, rocker tee and cool kicks.

Indeed, this getup makes Drew B look younger. She's like a highschool kid (that's got her car title loans Kentucky). I wonder if she's trying to hide or calling attention to herself.

Match It

Baby on board! The supermodel mom keep her precious cargo, 7-month-old son Flynn, close – and matching! – in classic stripes, blue jeans (hers are Nobody Denim) and fancy black footwear for their departure from Sydney Airport.

I'm into matching colours of clothes that we wear as a family but I haven't really thought of using patterns. This gave me the idea on my next shopping trip. The person manning the posguys barcode scanner might get a kick of it.

Hair Care Tip

Looks like all those bikini shoots have made a big impact on Sport Illustrated Swimsuit Issue cover girl Brooklyn Decker! The model turned actress tells PEOPLE, "The best hair product in the world is the ocean water. For me, when I go to the beach – it sounds gross, it probably smells bad – but I don’t wash my hair for a day or two because it’s so wavy and salty and beach-y and you get the natural color from the sun."

I can't say that I like this tip as when I go to the beach my hair just gets stringy and sticky that it begs to be washed. But maybe, if you're into that messy look.. this is a perfect tip. But not so if you're eyeing those Legacy System Operator Jobs.

What's on your Nails?

Stars from Emma Stone to Khloe Kardashian are sporting this ultra-hot hue with their wardrobes. To dip a toe into the trend, keep the color on your fingernails, like Selena Gomez, while leaving the rest of your look neutral.

Who says baby blues and pinks should be spring only? Subvert tradition and stand out from a pack of reds and neutrals with this bright, fun shade that is great against fall's hottest jewel tones.

I am not really into nail polish these days. I used to but it takes time to keep them up (not that I am fixing things like gianna rims), I gave up. These are my picks though. Or something orangy-ish would be good too. Anything that enhances my complexion and texture of my skin is good.

Platform Shoes

The shoes that Miranda had here are quite charming. I looked-up the Jimmy Choo site to see the heels but I cant find it. I might not be looking hard enough although they're far more interesting than ATV Tires. I'm considering to buy new shoes but I still can't decide what are those that I want.

Supermodel Miranda strikes a pose in a fitted leopard-print top and high-waist skirt with towering Jimmy Choo platform sandals at a David Jones store in Melbourne, Australia.

You Are No Nonsense

You are a well rounded and competent leader. People turn to you when times are tough.
You are very strict with yourself. You know that it's important to stay on task and not lose focus.
You are a planner. Whenever possible, you don't leave much to chance.
You are athletic, even if it doesn't come naturally to you. You like to compete.

Indeed! Which is somewhat annoying as some people tend to play around with words and get into the detail but all I am really interested is the bottom line or the most important thing. Though, the role can be reversed at times as well and it will be my time to get annoyed. Play-back is fun or something else rather. As long as everyone think that from time to time, choosing Big Agnes Fly Creek Tent or something like is part of the job, it will be relaxing.

Black Wedge

Kate goes from princess to preppy in a gold-buttoned navy Smythe blazer, ruffled top, J Brand jeans and wedge espadrilles to board a plane with her coordinating husband.

I've always wanted to find wedges and espadrille type as well. I really find it hard to look for decent wedges that will fit me within reasonable price as these.

If you think about it, finding nimh rechargeable batteries is easier than looking for nice shoes.

Structured Clutch

For the Duchess of Cambridge's trip to Calgary, she ditches her neutral palette for a lemon-yellow Jenny Packham dress, paired with the L.K. Bennett clutch and heels she’s been sporting throughout the trip.

As always, structured clutch doesn't get passed my attention. I particularly like the Duchess' clutch in the photo. I looked up L. K. Bennet collection and found this one.

Nico Clutch
Tan - Natural
he sharp silhouette of the Nico roll clutch adds instant style impact. The woven straw exterior offers distinctive textural interest.

I'm in the lookout for a clutch big enough to hold some basics (not a yoga mat) but this one is really too small. And I am tight in time, I might not be able to find one.

Well now, you wouldn't need this bag when you go to accredited online university for the course that you're aiming to have but if you are into bags, this is it. The editor's pick has really good price and close enough to the 2 grand that EL is using. But if you're keen to have to high-end one, go for that uni course that will eventually lead you into big bucks.

Your Sleeping Position Says You Need Peace

You are calm and rational person with a good deal of balance in your life.
Friends consider you to be kind, caring, and truly loyal.
You are easy going and trusting. However, you are too sensible to fall for mind games.
Open to the world, you are not afraid to be yourself.
If you don't get enough sleep, you are: Able to cope
It's hard to sleep next to you because: You're a bed hog

Sometimes, these meme are just plain funny. Somewhat true but it's hart to point the aspect. Sometimes, a bit over the top. Anyway, as to sleeping.. I've always slept on my side. Sleeping on my back feels like vulnerable and easyto disturb is somebody points their rifle scope at me. Nonetheless, I always have a peaceful sleep yet I consider myself a light sleeper. If I ever wake-up at night, I dont have problem sleeping back. One of the things that I am grateful for.

Insta - Pip

Showing she dresses down as well as she spiffs up, Pippa paired a sheer chambray top with light denim skinny 7 For All Mankind jeans, classy cream flats and an L.K. Bennett "Annina" bag.

This girl has become an instant celebrity after the royal wedding. Though, she seems to be fitting quite well. She's always well-dressed and sporting high-end bags or shoes. She's always snapped shopping (I wonder if she considers some top 10 bookshelf speakers). It wouldn't be long and she'll snatch some celebs if not royalty of her own.

Happy Feet Two

This I can't wait to see. When I saw the trailer for the first time, I found it so funny that we have to postpone eating dinner. This sure looks promisingly funny. It makes researching for Wholesale Insurance less daunting while watching it.

Elijah Wood ... Mumble (voice)

Pink ... Gloria (singing voice)

Elizabeth Daily ... Erik (voice)

Sofía Vergara ... (voice)

Robin Williams ... Ramon / Lovelace (voice)

Matt Damon ... Krill #1 (voice)

Brad Pitt ... Krill #2 (voice)

Hank Azaria ... (voice)

Magda Szubanski ... Miss Viola (voice)

It seems the casts are not that many. They've taken out the Mummy and Daddy who are my favourites.

Reiss Dress

What happens when the Duchess of Cambridge chooses a $340 dress from a popular British chain store for her first official duty as a newlywed? It sells out that day, of course! Catherine picked the simply elegant “Shola” sheath for her meeting (alongside her new husband Prince William) with the equally stylish Michelle Obama and President Barack Obama. And predictably, when the news spread of her wearing it, Reiss’s website crashed from all the traffic. The retailer has announced that they are re-stocking the sold-out style, but it will be first come, first serve to buy it — no pre-orders are being taken! However, there is a list that will alert you as soon as the style is back in stock in the next five to six weeks, which you can access at

The Duchess of Cambridge has become a walking advertisement of whatever she wears. It's a shame that people can't see what custom plantation shutters is she using. I'm sure they'd be sold out as well.

Small Bag

I'll be in need of a small bag soon (and some czech glass beads, if I can grab a hold of some locally).. and I think these are what I like so far from what I've window-shopped online. But I also saw some nice bags at the local shops. I might just opt them.

Another Stuctured Bag

Another love of mine..

I have a feat for the You Asked team: Who makes January Jones's bag from the spring trends gallery? – Lindsay
The Mad Men star complements her retro J Brand flares with a dark blue Givenchy "Antigona" duffle.

Editors' Picks
Givenchy "Antigona" duffle in black, $2,040, barneys.com
Steve Madden "Blatice" bag, $98, stevemadden.com

But I think for a cheapie one, I'd want this Bdainty than the blatice. It's more structured. I suppose I have different taste in structured bags and scanning software.

LBD? No.. it's LRD

Do you know where ScarJo got her dress in the Star Track "Camera Ready"? – Robyn
Johansson is red-carpet ready in a classic Roland Mouret origami shift from the Fall 2011 runway collection.

Editors' Picks
Julie Dillon Knit Zipper Dress, $123, bluefly.com

I've always admired a LBD, although.. I don't own one yet (no events requires me to need when one is holding a tech jobs). But I think after seeing this number, I'd prefer a LRD.

Hot Pink Wedges

I love Kristin's hot pink wedges! Can you tell where I can find them? – Lorena
Cavallari gets her kicks in her very own fuschia design for Shoedazzle – with 100 percent of the $40 proceeds going to charity!

Editors' Picks
"Bardot" wedges (avail. May 16), $40, shoedazzle.com
Michael Antonio "Galena" wedge in fuchsia, $40, dsw.com

These wedges are really trendy. It's just a shame that I dont like buying shoes online. Unlike multivitamins, I need to try them on before buying them.

One Big Happy Family

I am in love with Reese's purse in the photo "Holiday Happiness". Where can I find it? – Cristiane
The A-list mom keeps things in order with a polished $1,595 Chloé "Marcie" leather satchel.

This is the first photo I've seen with Jim and Reese's kids. They look like one big happy family. Their smile can be packaged to buy gold bars.
I like her bag and the sandals here.

On My Favourite Celeb Mum

Jennifer Garner keeps a good grip on 2-year-old cutie pie Seraphina during an afternoon outing Thursday in Santa Monica, Calif.

Just a new photo of my favourite celeb mum. She looks like a really devoted mother and so full of love and happiness. Postcard perfect photo - can be compared to graduation announcements with happiness packed in it.

Horrible Bosses

Think you have an overbearing boss? You don't know the half of it.

Jennifer Aniston, Colin Farrell and Kevin Spacey play the world's worst supervisors in the upcoming comedy Horrible Bosses – so bad that their employees, played by Charlie Day, Jason Sudeikis and Jason Bateman, plot to kill them, with disastrous results.

The first trailer is Hangover-esque in its mayhem – and even a little bit racy as Aniston strips down to her bra and panties as a sexually harassing boss. Plus there's slapstick as the bumbling trio hire Jamie Foxx to help them take out their managers.

Well, there's the new Jennifer Aniston here. The wicked boss, I'd say. Not horrible. Cute role. Really those guys area sissy - will surely collapse in travel emergency.

New Shoes

When Mcj updated my wardrobe he said that I was still upset because we didnt buy me new shoes (no we didn't buy bridesmaid dresses). So we went shopping again. These are the last pair that we bought. I bought another black pair for office use.

These pair are really very comfy. They have the casual shoes soles or more like a sport short soles. And I am in need of flat closed shoes - for the winter and for the casual day of the week when my feet are tired from being propped-up.

While Travelling

Been loitering in the people.com again. Today I like this getup from celebs while travelling. Cool. Noticed too that they wear wrinkle free clothes to still look fresh when landing. It's not as if they're going to use toro mowers so anything light is trendy.

The model mom looks darling Down Under in a striped tunic topped with a long blazer, bow-topped flats and matching satchel at Brisbane Airport.

It's a happy landing at LAX for the Desperate Housewives star, who looks like she's still on cloud nine in a heather gray blouson top with matching checkered scarf, pom-pom flats and frame purse.

Baby onboard – and pup too! Handling their precious cargo, 3-month-old son Flynn and Yorkie Frankie, with care, the bikini model and doting dad land at JFK looking simply stylish.

Retail Therapy

We were just planning to buy some long pants for the Tatapilla for the winter. We planned to go to DFO and we took my brother in law at the airport yesterday.. since already there, we killed some time to wait for it to open. Mcj is the bomb. He insisted on buying me the jacket and the bag to match (sorry, no disability insurance and SHOES). But I am very happy with the update on my wardrobe. We might go there again next week when we pick up my BIL. Hopefully, we'll score some for Mcj as well.

Rug Up

The cold season is almost here and boy, I'm not really excited. I've been shopping (window shopping I mean) for new cardi or jacket (along with designer upholstery fabrics) but so far, I have only bought one and I'm not sure if they will be warm enough for the winter season here in Brissie. I love these two but unfortunately, they're sold out. What a shame.

Pick of the Week

I've been looking for nice pair of sandals and clutch and I reckon these two just meet my criteria. They're all from nine west.. affordable. I just have to go to the outlet store so I can get a much better price. One need not be Maritime Lawyer to be able to afford these items. Oh, I so love the clutch.

The perfect mix of casual and classy, these sandals are a perfect addition to your transseasonal wardrobe, updated in Gold and Black they feature contrasting ankle strap.

Coconut Nut

You Are a Coconut

You are a trustworthy and loyal person. You are a keeper of secrets and confidences.
You know that you have to be a friend in order to make friends. And that's why you have so many great ones.
You are warm-hearted, witty, and even irreverent. You have an outrageous sense of humor that gets people laughing.
People know they're going to have a blast when you're around. You bring the fun!

Now, this I'm not really sure. But for fun... I'll try to work on it. It's sunday and time to have fun and be funny - hopefully not to much to forget the cable covers. You see, telly still plays an important part in ones entertainment.

Shopping Cutback

All these have good and positive effects. It is noticeable at the shops these, how people are thinning compared to last year. It is affecting the retailers and the economy but at the same time, it means people are saving or paying off debt - saving for the rainy days and maybe to spend on Blue Cross Blue Shield NC when it is the right time. I'm half-way in between...
NOBODY predicted the slowdown in consumer spending as Australia bounced back from the global financial crisis and no one has great confidence in forecasting how long it will endure.

The central view, reflected by our panel of economists, is that the savings rate will stabilise at just under 10 per cent (its current level).

This means spending is likely to start rising again, at least in line with income growth, The Australian reports.

The growth in average weekly earnings of about 4 per cent and of employment at, perhaps 2 per cent, should translate to acceptable growth in consumption in the region of 6 per cent.

Love the Scarf

Cold season is coming up in the land down under. I own a few scarves but if this is added to my collection, it will be a bang.

Michelle Trachtenberg and YARNZ Leopard Hearts Scarf. This gauze scarf features heart-shaped leopard spots and frayed ends.

It's just lately that I am hooked into scarves. But so far, I don't own any printed ones much as I don't have any step stools with handles. All can be remedied one way or the other.

That Clutch

I said that I really like this cluth, the Bottega. It's a surprise when Sarah Geronimo has it. She must like it as well. And because she can afford it too. I wonder if she bought it herself or her Mum.

Princess Mary of Denmark is also a fan, it seems.

Now, I'm wondering if it is really that cool as much as I wonder if does Hydroxycut work. Nonetheless, I can't find the answer myself.
